Gold and silver jewellery is priced against the prevailing metal rate on the day of purchase, plus making charges and applicable GST. Rates change daily and any figure quoted earlier is indicative only until billed.

Gold jewellery is sold with the BIS hallmark and HUID as required. Purity, gross weight and net weight are stated on the bill.

Exchange, buy-back and return terms are explained at the counter before purchase and are shown on your bill. Please retain the original bill and hallmark certificate — these are required for any exchange or buy-back.

Making charges and wastage are quoted per item before purchase and are not refundable on exchange.

Custom and order-made pieces may require an advance. Timelines are indicative and depend on the design and on karigar availability.
