Order-Made Jewellery

Bring a photograph or a design and we will get it made. An advance is taken against the estimated weight, and the balance is settled at the rate on the day of delivery.
Repairs & Polishing
Quoted before work begins
Broken chains and clasps, loose stones, bent bangles and dull-looking pieces. Most small repairs are quick; anything bigger is quoted before we start.
Ring Resizing
Bring the ring in
Rings sized up or down. Bring the ring in so we can check the band and the setting — some stone-set designs can only be adjusted so far.
Old Gold Exchange
Weighed & tested in front of you
Exchange old jewellery against something new. The piece is weighed and tested in front of you and the terms are explained before you agree to anything.

BIS hallmark · Itemised bill
Gold jewellery carries the BIS hallmark and HUID as required by law. Your bill shows purity, gross and net weight, making charges and GST as separate lines.

Questions we get asked
Why are prices not shown on the website?
Because gold and silver prices change every day. A gold piece is priced on its weight and purity at that day's metal rate, plus making charges and GST — so any figure printed here would be wrong within a day. Call or WhatsApp 97634 11624 and we will quote you the current price for what you have in mind.
Is your gold hallmarked?
Yes. Gold jewellery sold in Nagpur must carry the BIS hallmark along with a six-digit HUID, and ours does. Ask us on any piece and we will show you where it is stamped. Your bill states the purity, and the gross and net weight.
What is included in the price?
The metal value (weight multiplied by the day's rate for that purity), the making charges for that particular piece, and GST. We write these out as separate lines on the bill rather than giving you one combined figure, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Do you take old gold in exchange?
Yes. Bring the piece in — it is weighed and its purity tested in front of you, and we explain the terms before you agree to anything. Bring the original bill if you still have it. Making charges and wastage on the old piece are not refundable.
Can you make a design I have seen somewhere else?
Usually, yes. Bring a photograph or send it on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether it can be made, roughly what it will weigh and what it will cost. An advance is taken and the timeline depends on the design and on karigar availability.
