The scale is on the counter where you can see it. The day's rate is what we quote against. Making charges are stated before you commit, not discovered on the bill. And the bill itself separates metal value, making charges and GST rather than presenting one number. Gold jewellery sold here carries the BIS hallmark and HUID that the law requires. Ask on any piece and we will show you the stamp and explain what it says. We also repair, polish, resize and take old gold in exchange, and we make pieces to order from a photograph. If you are not sure whether something can be done, bring it in and ask — it costs nothing to find out.
